 Alaris Antennas  is the new name of Poynting Antennas Defence and Specialised Division since the 1st of April 2015. The change was made after the holding decided to separate the Commercial division from the Defense one. Alaris Antennas specialises in the design, development, manufacture and sales of antennas and related RF equipment. The company focuses on military and specialised antennas for Direction Finding, Monitoring, Jamming, Counter-RCIED and Communication applications, Log Periodic Dipole Arrays (LPDA) and supporting RF electronics.

Alaris acquired Radiant Antennas as of the 1st of July 2012, a company designing and manufacturing world class military and professional / commercial communications antennas and tactical masts. In April 2016 Alaris Holdings acquired COJOT Oy, a well-respected and long established Finnish company, designing and developing omnidirectional VHF/UHF/SHF wideband antennas and accessories for mobile tactical communication, electronic warfare and spectrum monitoring applications.

Antcom Corporation excels in the design, development, manufacture and testing of a wide range of antenna and microwave products for agricultural, avionic, military and other ground applications.
